Empower your people to support mental wellbeing.

Why mental health training matters

Supporting mental health at work isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s a smart business decision.

  • 72 million working days are lost each year to mental ill health.
  • The total cost to UK employers exceeds £34.9 billion annually.
  • Effective wellbeing programmes can generate a return of up to £9 for every £1 invested.

Training your people to recognise, respond, and refer can transform your culture, improve productivity, and strengthen retention, while building a workforce that’s mentally and emotionally resilient.
